Astrid Wild is Nordic outdoor fashion brand focusing on women, launched in late 2019. We are currently experiencing a very positive growth trend backed by the increasing interest for the outdoors and women loving our products. Since we’re a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand selling only via our own e-commerce, being forerunners in digital marketing and content is absolutely essential. And we love it!

You’ll be part of shaping the brand, learning the ins and outs of building an international DTC brand. You’ll work closely with the CMO, Maria Paulsson Rönnbäck, which will let you gain invaluable insights into the company’s brand & marketing setup.

Your responsibilities:

• Engage with our community on Instagram 

• Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) based on the latest trends 

• Plan, create & upload content for our Pinterest account including key word optimized texts 

• Digital design of assets for social media and website 

• Analyze social and digital media performance and suggest relevant activities to increase growth 

• Performance marketing (FB, IG, Pinterest)

• Source and contact potential influencers and partners in the Nordics & Germany 

Who we’re looking for: 

• You are absolutely passionate about digital marketing, social media and content! You breath, eat and dream about it

• You’re a self-going and proactive individual who can structure your own work day

• Positive and constructive attitude to tackle also challenging situations

• Ability to have a creative approach to finding new ways of communication as well having a creative eye for the visual appeal of the brand identity as well as detail oriented

• You are looking to do a full-time LIA internship OR can work at least 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6-12 months

Required skills:

• Fluent in English and Swedish. Finnish is a big plus but not a must  

• Excellent copy & storytelling skills being able to create texts in different tones for different readers, always staying on brand 

• Working knowledge of top social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Youtube 

• Ability to have a creative approach to finding new ways of communication as well having a creative eye for the visual appeal of the brand identity 

Desirable skills:

• Working knowledge of Slack, Planoly, Canva, Google Docs, Excel, Klaviyo (or similar email marketing tools), Wix (or similar blog platforms), Google Analytics 

• Experience of photography (shooting & editing). From idea to caption, editing and distribution with DSLR camera

• Experience working in Lightroom or Photoshop 

• Search Engine Optimization
