A little about us…

At Leadfamly, we are creating a brand new marketing category: gamification.

Within one year of setting up the company, we had our first 100 customers. One year later, every second someone in the world was playing a Leadfamly game. By December of that year it had doubled. On our busiest day that year we saw 1.2 million people playing our games – that’s within just 24hrs.

In one year alone we had 2 billion seconds of game play on our platform.

All this interaction and engagement makes our platform one of the highest potential marketing platforms in the world, and we need your skills and expertise in order to achieve our goal of making Gamification Marketing an indispensable part of the marketing stack.

So what will I do..?

You will be part of a product team taking responsibility for delivering customer value within a specific area of the Leadfamly product. Our teams each have a great impact in our company as you and your team are responsible for discovering and delivering solutions to our customers through the SaaS platform. Depending on our need and your preferences, you may also join the Platform and Developer Experience team.

A team typically consists of backend, frontend, QA and UX competencies. Furthermore, you may work with e.g. business analysts, sales and marketing professionals, data analysts, infrastructure and cloud engineers. You will take a central role in the team planning and decision making. We are looking for a lead software engineer that can see the big architectural picture and still enjoys writing simple and maintainable code. We expect you to contribute to cross-team learning on software engineering craftsmanship, architectural design and technologies. You have experience in the general domain of application development (preferably SaaS) and API design in cloud environments.

You are expected to set direction for our tech platform and participate in advisory to top level management. You will receive input in the form of both business and product strategies that you must translate into actions in our technical platform. You will furthermore take part in InfoSec strategy and execution. Through your technical skills you are able to learn very fast and work both independently and collaboratively.

What will I bring..?

• Experience with micro service architecture

• Knowing software patterns and when/how to apply them

• Cloud experience with AWS and services like Kubernetes and Lambda

• Experience with Node, Javascript, TypeScript or similar

• Experience with leading platform infrastructure and developer experience

• Experience with agile collaboration in a cross-functional product development team

• You take pride in writing beautiful, well-tested, maintainable and robust code
