The position
In Customer Success, we aim to provide the best environment for our customers (merchants) to succeed and grow by being customer-centric in everything we do.
We have various tasks which include onboarding and risk-assessment of new merchants, communication with existing merchants and partners as well as contact and alignment with other parts of Clearhaus. You get to be a part of continuously developing the daily procedures parallel with your usual tasks – two days never look the same in Clearhaus.
You will experience that we have great confidence in our colleagues and therefore you can expect a high level of involvement and a real opportunity of growing and taking on new assignments.
We are looking for new student colleagues, who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and love to interact with both customers and colleagues.
We are looking for talented people who are fluent in Danish or English and if you have abilities in German, it is a big plus!
