Creditro was founded in 2017 with the mission of combating fraud and money laundering using cutting-edge tools, passion, and technology. Today we are about 25 full-time employees in two offices (Copenhagen and Esbjerg).
We provide solutions within credit assessments, fraud prevention, digital signing, and KYC / AML compliance.
Our main market is auditing & accounting, where we have a very strong position in the market, while we set the standard for how compliance-best-practice is developed.
We are looking for a Head of Sales within Auditing & Accounting, to help us further conquer the auditing & accounting industry from Denmark and expand to Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
You are an entrepreneur and sales manager at heart, and you recognize that sales are at the centre and top priority when building a fast-paced business.
You excel in your leadership and love training your team. You’re not wasting time on reporting and smart charts, but you use data to neatly coach your people while getting a kick out of helping them move forward.
As our new Head of Sales, Audit and Accounting (A&A) at Creditro, you will:
Be a playing coach. You will have your own pipeline with the largest A&A customers while coaching your team
Define and deliver on our sales strategy for the Nordic A&A industry
Define, hire and lead the teams that covers the Nordic region for the A&A industry
Identify, test, and implement new growth opportunities
Reach out, build lasting relationships, and maintain relationships with industry organizations in the Nordic region.
Maintain high data quality in your team
Identify, represent, and promote Creditro in the market and events
Through close collaboration with other teams, you are expected to:
Identify and help prioritize core product and support requirements
Alongside your peers, to be responsible for ensuring you and the team are aware of the necessary compliance regulations through effective training
Make sure your team is up to date with the latest product features
We believe that you will thrive in this role if you have (but please prove us wrong):
Experience in delivering results in a commercial environment
Solid problem-solving skills, analytical consistency, and is comfortable in using data to prove a hypothesis
The ability to collaborate on getting things done within a matrix structure without direct reporting lines
A sense of ownership - you take delivery personally, even in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity
Strong network and experience within the A&A industry
You will need to:
Be able to handle humor and bad jokes, on a day-to-day basis.
