This is a highly unique opportunity that you’ll rarely come across ever again! This means you will play a key role in the journey ahead and affect how the sales team and our sales process will look in the future.

 

What we’re looking for👀

You will be the first sales rep to fully focus on Lime Go as a startup. This will give you the possibility to affect the sales process, our product offering & packaging, how to sell it and what industries to target. Perhaps you want to become the first KAM for Lime Go or our first sales manager with a team ownership?


We want a hungry and entrepreneurial account executive with excellent sales skills.

You have:

Your tasks being a part of our team🛠

  • Responsible for the whole sales process, from prospecting to closing & handover

  • Be creative in how to build your sales pipe, through omnichannel outreach

  • Tailor our CRM to customer needs and demo it to potential customers physically and online

  • Negotiate and win bigger deals

  • Target prospects within multiple industries in different sizes


The product🦾

Lime Go is a Swedish CRM system and a smart sales tool for small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, we have 1600 customers in Sweden, Norway & Denmark but our end goal is to be the obvious choice for ambitious companies in Europe, within a couple of years.

The team today and what it means becoming a ‘startup’👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Today, we have a fully operating chain of dev, marketing, sales, implementation, and support which means Lime Go is sold at a great pace, onboarding new users every day. However, you’ll be taking this to a higher level. You will have tight collaboration together with the Lime Go team and within a couple of years, we will have grown – a lot.

Further details & requirements📃

  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Bonus if Norwegian or Danish

  • We’ve got sales offices in Lund, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo & Copenhagen. Our customers are in the Nordics (for now;))

  • Reporting to our CEO (Max)

  • Competitive base salary with a bonus based on your sales



The process, step by step👣

We don’t have a deadline for this role so please feel free to apply whenever!

  1. First off, you’ll get on a screening call with a person on the team.

  2. Then you’ll get a case assignment to show off your sales skills.

  3. After that, you will have a more in depth-interview with Max (CEO at Lime Go), physically, if possible.

  4. Last but not least, you get to meet our Lime Group CEO (Nils).


Every employee at Lime has their final interview with Nils because at Lime we want to know each other. Why? Since you spend most of your time at work and therefore, we value fun and challenging times with your colleagues. If possible, we want to combine some of the steps above into one batch, so you’ll become a Limer as fast as you want!🍈
