Want to play a key role in our journey of becoming the most user-friendly and intuitive CRM system in Europe?

Your tasks being a part of our team?

You will work closely with product/dev, sales, marketing, and support to find improvement areas for the product and help customers get maximal usage of our awesome product.

  • Technical implementations

  • Upselling on existing customers

  • Churn prevention and license retention

  • Analyzing user patterns and set up actions to optimize usage, product adoption through product tours etc.

  • Onboarding of new, bigger accounts


What are we looking for?

  • A customer-oriented doer who is not afraid of testing new things with a proactive mindset

  • At least 2-3 years of working with customer interactions, either in technical support or sales roles

  • Entrepreneurial & excited about the startup journey, building the CS department from the ground up

  • Sales focused or a technical background or interest

  • Basic skills within CSS, html, APIs, webhooks etc.

KPIs you will be measured on?

Customer lifetime value (CLV), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Customer/license churn and retention, Net Retention Rate (NRR) & no. of active users (DAU).

Further details and requirements?

  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Bonus if Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, or Dutch

  • Sales colleagues in Stockholm. Development in Lund. Our customers are in the Nordics (for now;))

  • Reporting to our CEO (Max)

  • Competitive base salary with a bonus based on the KPIs above
