We are now looking for a hungry and mission-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and validation with Linkedin Sales Navigator

  • Calling and booking meetings

  • Sales and qualification meetings

  • Pipeline management with Pipedrive

  • Following up with leads

  • Drafting proposals

  • Always be closing!

  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers

  • Close collaboration with marketing, customer success and product development

  • Has experience in B2B sales (e.g. sales development, account management, customer success) - Software and SaaS product sales will be considered as an advantage

  • Has an independent work ethic - it’s the results that count

  • Has the discipline to deliver consistently and to use agreed tools

  • Has a basic understanding of the hierarchy and decision making process of medium and big companies

  • Has a problem-solving and solution-driven mindset

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills

  • Is fluent with spoken and written Swedish and English (additional languages considered as an advantage)

  • Has solid understanding of basic and modern productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Pipedrive, Clickup, Slack etc.)
