Customer Success Manager (DK, SE, NO, FI) for self-service solutions in the automotive aftermarket.
Tjekvik is seeking an ambitious Customer Success Manager with experience in the Automotive Aftermarket to drive success for customers - with special responsibility for the Nordics.
As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for planning and activating new customers using our self-service solutions in the automotive aftermarket as well as managing existing customers ensuring they get the optimum value using our services. Your stakeholders will be senior management, aftermarket managers and service advisors at medium to large automotive dealerships as well as aftermarket teams at European OEMs. The job is a business consultancy position and requires automotive aftermarket experience and an interest in digitalisation, customer experience and growth.
The success criteria for the job are the activation level and loyalty of the customers with the overarching aim to deliver the best customer and user experience in the automotive aftermarket.

As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with our sales and operational teams to launch new dealerships in an efficient way. You will act as project manager for launches with new customers and be central in coordination between the customer and Tjekvik operations. Becoming an expert in ‘The Tjekvik Way’ you will make sure that new sites are guided though the steps required for a successful implementation of a digital service reception.
Once launched you will ensure customers have a positive ongoing experience using the product to its optimum levels and maximising return on investment.
You will have fellow Customer Success Managers on the UK, DACH, Eastern and Southern Europe markets.
The position can be remotely based anywhere in Denmark, Norway or Sweden or/and at our small office in Copenhagen. We strive work as much online as possible, however traveling in the Nordic region is expected. You will also work with customers from around the world - primary Europe.
Collecting all the information required to launch a new dealersite (Customer).
Onboarding and activating customers remotely and in person.
Managing and developing relationships with customers at an operational and key stakeholder level.
Project managing implementations from A-Z together with operations and technical teams in new markets and for new customers.
Monitor performance and establish procedures for continuous improvements.
Continuously improving processes to ensure fast and high-quality implementation and activation to deliver optimal value creation.
Be the voice of the customer within Tjekvik by providing critical feedback to help improve the overall experience of our products and identify market growth opportunities.
Operational experience in the automotive aftermarket and a good understanding of automotive data and DMS systems.
Prior working experience in Customer Success at a SaaS business is a plus

You write and speak fluent English and one of the nordic languages Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.
