Part-time. Remote possible or at office in Stockholm. Start date as soon as possible.    

What you will do:     

Your responsibility is to set up, lead and ensure all off-line activities required to ensure happy customers and successful order deliveries.  

You will be creating all processes from scratch, from when the customer places his or her order and then receives the order in their facility.  

 

  • Define what best-in-class marketplace operations mean for Circulate, what operations, processes, structures and roles we need to complement our digital platform in order to deliver a first-class experience to our buyers and vendors 

  • Take the overall responsibility for order fulfillment and a satisfied customer of receiving their order, meeting their expectations, in a streamlined process 

  • Collaboration with the product team for making sure the technical reliability from an order perspective. 

  • Work closely with the Vendor Relationship Managers for delays or other imperfections caused by a vendor 

  • Implement streamlined processes with a mentality of continuous improvement of order fulfilment placed on the platform 

  • You would also be in charge of the logistics and the identification of reliable logistics partners. 

  • Co-creation of the Customer Service Strategy with the aim of providing a excellent customer experience 

  • Financial Analysis of the Marketplace efficiency 

  • Setting up the overall structure and responsibility of this department incl. team development 

 

 

Who we think you are:   

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketplace operations 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 

  • Self-driven, enjoy ownership, independent, likes to take initiatives  

  • Passionate about making a difference and create actual impact  

  • Self-motivated, hardworking and with the ‘start-up’ mindset who thrives of challenges  

  • Well-organized with great project management experience 

  • Fluent verbally and written in English  

  • Excellent negotiation skills 

  • If you have previously worked in a start-up/scale-up environment it is a plus 

  • If you also participated in setting up a marketplace from scratch, it would also be an advantage
