We have an opening for a Product Design Owner! 

We are looking for a clever individual who wants to join us and create the next generation B2B SaaS solutions, and have fun while doing it! 

We are in need of a Product Design Owner that will enable us to leverage our UX & UI as an even stronger USP in the market. You must be dynamic, agile, and pragmatic whilst being driven by a passion for user experiences, on a quest to create true champions of our user community. You need to be able to work with UI & UX design from a strategic standpoint creating Kodiak Hub´s next-gen design vision and design system, whilst also being able to operationalize your ideas in the ongoing practice of UI design.

Qualifications 

• Proven track record of successful UX design projects of B2B SaaS solutions. 

• Experience and exposure to the development of Design Vision, Design Strategy & Design Systems.

• Ability to utilize the most commonly used UX design tools. 

• Familiarity with product development lingo: Minimum Viable Product, Agile development, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and the ability to work with key assumptions and hypotheses (to name a few). 

• A quick learner who has the ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems, and who loves to get things done. At the same time, you also understand that being part of a great team may be your greatest asset. 

• Knowledge about SCRUM/KANBAN methodologies is a plus.
