Are you our new Customer Onboarding Specialist?

Webshipper - part of the nShift family, is expanding and growing fast and we are therefore looking for a new colleague to join our team and assist our customers in the daily order flow.

The role

You will play one of the most important roles in our customer operations as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. Here you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers that you educate and assist in the implementation of the Webshipper platform. You will be a part of a small team where collaboration is a fundamental to the way we work to ensure that our customers get the best possible start to their Webshipper journey. You have to be a great communicator and facilitator of information - Such communication will take place via online meetings, phone and email. You will be the dedicated onboarding specialist for e-commerce companies, where you should be able to guide the customers to a 360 and scalable solution in their ecosystem (Ecosystems consisting of webshops, ERPs and carriers). When you have successfully assisted the customer in implementing Webshipper, you will hand over the customer to our support team, where the customer will continue their journey. You will be part of an increasingly international team and report to the Customer Health Manager located in Silkeborg, Denmark. 

Your profile

  • You have experience in customer success, customer onboarding or customer support. 

  • You have experience from e-commerce, SaaS-companies or freight/logistics. 

  • You are a strong communicator in both English and Danish written and orally. 

  • You are a structured individual who is capable of managing many different tasks. 

  • You have experience working within SaaS-platforms, webshops or ERP systems. 

  • You are a capable of driving the customer interactions yourself and ensuring the customer gets successfully up and running.
