Responsibilities

• You’ll set the technical vision of the company and be ultimately responsible for the technical quality of our solution, with freedom to make the choices you see fit.

• You’ll manage the ongoing product development, external and staffing budgets, as well as budget for individual initiatives.

• You’ll represent the development side of the company in the leadership team, and be the technical voice in the room with partners, investors and press alike.

• You’ll manage and hire a team of generalists and specialists, and run both every-day working processes and long-term personal and team development initiatives.

  
  

Skills, traits and competencies

• Master’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other related fields, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years working as an Engineering Manager/VP Engineering/CTO in a startup or scaleup environment

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer

• SaaS & app based development experience are strongly merits

• Strong communication skills, with ability to gain trust from engineers and senior executives alike. Full fluency in English

• You're familiar with our tech stack: MongoDB, NodeJs, React, React Native, GraphQL, Heroku, iOS, Android, JavaScript

Location

You will be working in a hybrid remote environment and you are preferably based in Malmö or Copenhagen.
