We are looking for two Social Media Community Ops Managers to join our team to lead on potential customer/buyer engagement on two specific platforms - Discord and Twitter. The NFT space is highly competitive and buyers need to be engaged and moderated on these platforms, along with helping them with any questions and keeping the community a safe place to be. We're partnering with a big fashion brand for this first launch, so you'll have an exclusive chance to be a part of this.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for being online and chatting with community members on Discord, and responding to tweets, for an agreed time period per day [to be discussed with us]. This is really important so our community is not just engaged, but kept safe from the many trolls out there.

• Ability to work efficiently with a Remote Team as needed.

About you:

• You ideally love NFTs and see their potential for the future; if you're an NFT owner, even better! Owning a crypto wallet is beneficial as you'll understand more of the questions asked.

• You have a proactive and creative mindset - we want someone who thinks outside the box, comes up with ideas and new ways to do things. You MUST comment CRYPTOPANTIES as the first word of your application description.

• You like working in teams and are able to work remote.

• You're open, honest, and up for the challenge of working on something new with compensation in new and exciting ways.

Requirements and qualifications:

• You are a regular Discord app user and the same for Twitter - for at least 6 months.

• You must be fluent in English.

• Qualifications and experience in marketing/sales/customer and online community management are highly desirable.

Location and Internship Length:

• We operate out of Stockholm, Sweden; the role can be remote. We're looking ideally for our applicants to allow us to man the Discord round the clock by being in different time zones

• As long as you can make checkins at CET time then we're open

• The internship will start as soon as possible, and conclude at the earliest by the end of March, or later depending on project success and your availability.
