The Role
We are looking for a Key Account Director who thrives in an early-stage fastly growing sales environment and who is interested in building and leading the Global Account Management function.
Responsibilities
Responsible for renewal & upsell sales results globally
Hire, develop and lead Key Account Managers / Account Managers in the region together with our VP of Sales
Develop and update Sales Action Plans for renewal & upsell
Pipeline management and reporting
Seek out new business opportunities for the organization
Lead commercial customer-relationship management, customer engagement, and development
Close planning and alignment with Customer Success on client needs and engagement
Write proposals and plans
Communicate in clear and simple language what the company does for existing clients
Leverage technology to find the best fit for engaging existing clients together with Customer Success
Identify and execute upsell channels
A strategic approach to closing deals
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting in the renewal & upsell pipeline. High predictability
Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Oversee marketing campaigns to generate more sales.
Requirements
Proven track record of selling Enterprise software into Enterprise accounts
Experience working with Key Account Management
Creative background from high volume photo studio operations or similar role in creative marketing or eCommerce teams is a plus, but not required
Strong people skills with a deep customer focus
