About the role

As a Marketing Assistant for ViaBill, you will assist the marketing team in creating engaging content and communication, and driving effective digital campaign activities. Being a Marketing Assistant at ViaBill, you will gain hands-on, valuable experience within the FinTech industry and will be a part of the rapid expansion to new markets. You will work in close collaboration with the entire commercial team consisting of product, marketing and sales, as well as other external stakeholders such as our digital agency.

About you:

• Experience managing your own business from being a micro-influencer, having an ecommerce store and/or something similar

• Excellent verbal and written Danish and English skills

• Experience in running online campaigns and creating engaging content for various digital channels; email, SMS, Instagram, tiktok, etc. 

• Experience with Hubspot is a plus

• Attention to detail. Nothing flies by you, even under tight deadlines

• Excellent team working skills

• Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

• Available for a minimum 20-hour workweek

• Graduated or currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or business major

What you will do:

• Create content and set up email campaigns and automated flows in Hubspot

• Map out the customer journey to understand user behavior at the various touchpoints and work towards optimizing them

• Work with our Product and Marketing team to ensure that product marketing initiatives are implemented across our markets 

• Work directly with translation firms to ensure a coherent tone-of-voice across channels and across our three (3) markets

• Assist our growth team in planning, executing and measuring marketing test initiatives
