Ultiro is looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for leading our sales and business development activities in Sweden and the Nordic region. You will work closely with the marketing team and the CEO to deliver bespoke software development services.
What will I be doing?
As a Sales Manager, your role is to generate and convert leads, close new deals with potential customers. You will use the phone and online tools such as Hubspot and Google Meet to engage in both inbound and outbound conversations with prospects. Your goal will be to ensure the growth of our customer base, to nurture your sales pipeline and to meet or exceed the sales goals.
Accountable for all sales, including new business and up-sell on existing customers
Researching and identifying quality prospects so as to build sales pipeline
Creating creative and timely e-mails, messages, cold calls and targeted social media outreach to appropriate prospects
Prospecting, booking and calling on leads to get meetings booked in
Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives (support marketing team).
Finding new markets and developing targeted markets.
Preparing and submitting sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a good customer experience.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our service offering and USP to customers.
Working with other parts of our company (group) to improve our service offering and business processes.
Skills and experience
We're looking for a positive self-starter, with previous IT sales experience and a lot of ambition.
What you'll definitely need to bring:
+5 years of work experience in sales/Business development within IT industry
Vast network and contacts in the IT and software development industry in Sweden
Excellent consultative selling abilities and great interpersonal skills with C-level executives
Used to working with a sales process and a qualification framework (like MEDDIC)
Used to working with Marketing and Customer Success in a collaborative way
Native fluency in Swedish
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Natural confidence in cold calling, speaking with customers, executing demos and controlling conversations
Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesise information
Experience nurturing and maintaining up to date the sales pipeline
Strong self organisation and time management
