The role will be based in Greater Copenhagen Denmark (Ballerup).

At Activity Stream, we help our clients in live entertainment understand their ticketing data and gather actionable insights from it. As you may imagine, the world of data analytics can be daunting, and we are looking to change that with our product. We are looking to be even more clear and accesible to our users, which is where you come in. You will be working closely with our UX and Customer Success teams to develop the resources and information architecture needed to support our users on our platform.

What you'll be doing:

• Shaping product experiences by creating useful, meaningful text that helps users understand how to use the platform to best complete the task at hand. This includes in-app guides and walkthroughs as well as Knowledge Base articles and inspiration guides.

• Revising content to ensure we maintain cohesive product narrative and language across our product and platforms.

• Producing other types of UX communication, including video guides and tutorials.

• Collaborating in the process of setting UX goals and designing roadmaps for UX communications.

  
  

Who are you:

• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

• Experience with content writing and/or guide/walkthrough writing.

• Good communicator. By this we mean that you are good at communicating complex processes in a straightforward, clear way. We want to talk to our users like they are people.

• Excellent team skills.

• Good work ethic.

• Experience or high level of interest in social media.

• Passion and previous knowledge about ticketing and/or Live Entertainment would be a plus.

• Experience working with a digital product or in a SaaS company is a plus

• Other languages is a plus.

• Experience or interest in UX/UI and design is a plus.
