The main mission will be to:

1. Design concepts and assets that take Trackunits stories and messages to market in a way that is consistent with the Trackunit brand.

2. Evolve and ensure consistency and integrity behind Trackunits brand and brand guidelines.

3. Build a design engine and process to secure flow and output for different projects and departments.

4. Manage a production calendar and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders including our creative agency and external partners.

5. Scale design to reach all markets.

As Senior Creative Designer, you will work with the commercial teams to deliver the design you will report to the VP of Marketing.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

Responsibility and main activities:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral eg. email marketing campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, PPT presentations, and other digital marketing assets

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule by creating design briefs, mock-ups, collecting feedback, and delivering within time and budget.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

• Create strong, innovative designs, while adhering to brand guidelines and incorporating best-in-class design principles (alignment, balance, color theory, space, contrast, etc.)

• Inspire and develop creative ideas based on input from design and marketing teams

Capabilities and skills:

• Proven track record in graphic design

• Strong communicator with the ability to work with many teams

• Business-oriented mindset.

• Highly agile mindset and ability to adjust to changes

Experience:

• 2-5 years experience in graphic design from eg. agency or company

• A strong portfolio of design, concepts, illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
