RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Graduate Consultant, you will embark on a steep learning curve, helping our innovative startup and scaleup clients across Europe build great leadership teams. You will be responsible for the design and execution of the Search Strategy as well as candidate experience related to your searches. Your daily tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

• Ownership of the search projects including defining the Search Strategy, interviewing, building data-driven reporting structures on project progress and other relevant information

• Executing search strategies to identify and attract the best executive talent in Europe, e.g. CEOs, CFOs, VPs, and Directors

• Take proactive part in ongoing client communication and relationship management

• Mentor your supporting Analysts on best methods for qualitative and quantitative research on profiles, markets, industries, etc.

• Engaging and providing an exceptional experience for our candidates

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on service quality and best practices

• Grow and maintain a large global network of Entrepreneurs, Investors, and Executives

• Continuous development of processes and shared knowledge we have on industries, engaging pitch material and job descriptions

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are completing your Master’s degree in 2022 – currently you are in top 20% of your class

• Passion for understanding both people and innovative business models

• Interest in and understanding of the startup ecosystem

• Team spirit but also the ability to work autonomously

• Goal-oriented approach with a problem solving mindset

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Native proficiency in a Scandinavian language, as well as fluency in English, both written and verbal
