We seek an enthusiastic, meticulously organised team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join the ARTLAND 's customer support team.

You will work alongside the Partner Success Managers  to handle gallery content, create data report, audit internal data and facilitate communication and logistic with our international clients. In a fast paced work environment, this role would suit a candidate looking to build experience in the Arts and Technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationship with current partner galleries

• Detect data driven opportunities for up- and cross-selling, as well as to prevent churn

• Assisting the team in data analysis and audits

• Supporting the team during online fairs and events

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as excellent time management

• Professional, punctual, driven, reliable

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Passionate about contemporary art and culture

• Additional language skills (French and Italian) are essential

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or experience in an art-related field are an advantage

• Knowledge of CMS and CRM software, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Project management tools and database experience are an advantage

This is a part-time position for a student or freelancer, ideally based in Barcelona (although we are remote-friendly).
