About the role
As Head of Product Design, you’ll lead a team of talented UX Designers to improve the experience of billions of online visitors to the world’s biggest companies. You’ll prioritize and strategize UX projects and remove any obstacles standing in your team’s way.
We’re in our scale-up phase, so you’ll have a say in big projects, like building out our product organization. You can put your UX and leadership skills to work, knowing you’re making a big impact and supporting our mission of delivering online fairness for all.
Responsibilities
Strategize and prioritize UX projects. Lead your team to success by setting a clear direction for improving the user experience of our services. You and your team will work with our development and marketing teams to optimize UX across our platforms and deliver UX guidance across the organization.
Exemplify developer leadership. With an “experience leadership” mindset, you’ll empower your team by clearing obstacles, supporting/elevating their initiatives, and providing ambitious (but achievable) goals. You’ll keep the team accountable to processes and deliveries.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a UX designer role, ideally in the B2B and/or SaaS space
Previous experience leading a team
A wealth of UX knowledge and hands-on experience with product design and branding
Fluent with the latest design tools (we use Figma) and data visualization user interfaces
Experience working with user research and user-centered design
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish not required)
We are looking for someone who has
Proven leadership experience
Proven experience with planning and executing high-level strategy
Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate the value of design internally and externally
A strong interest in technology and internet services
A proactive mindset and a drive to bring tasks to completion, as well as the flexibility to effectively switch between independent tasks and teamwork.
