Our platform of digital tools supports the full talent journey – from attraction and recruitment of candidates, onboarding, and development of employees to offboarding. In that, the development process is central to our future growth and expansion outside the Nordic region.

The irecommend platform was built in 2017, with a micro service approach, and you will work alongside with the founder / chief architect of the platform and will be given the opportunity to work on every component of the application. From the frontend components in React and React Native (mobile apps) via backend services in Go and Python to server and database set up in MySQL and MongoDB. Focus will be on developing the platform to meet the demands of the fast-growing company while at the same time ensuring stability and scalability in the service via CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security best practices etc. Since both the platform and the team is relatively new you will have a great impact on the way forward when it comes to design and tech decisions. This is the chance to join at the beginning of an exciting journey for a product that has huge potential!

What we are looking for:

• Backend, frontend or full stack developer

• Experience in git

• Comfortable (or interested) in: JavaScript (React and/or React Native), HTML, CSS, Go, Python, MySQL, MongoDB, Ubuntu

• You have no problem working on your own and solving issues with the help of Google (of course with support from and cooperation with senior developers when needed)

  
  

Important: To be eligible you must be able to do a full time Internship for at least 10 weeks as part of an ongoing education program (LIA or Bachelor/Master Thesis) and the internship can not be done during June, July and August.
