Your key responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative you will work closely with the VP of Global Sales, Account Executives and your other new colleagues to scale the Swedish market, by:
You will generate new business opportunities on the Swedish market, which will mainly be done through outbound sales calls but also through inbound leads, to grow our database of clients and increase sales opportunities
Work directly with the rest of the international sales team across our offices to discover opportunities from leads, and set appointments from those leads.
Use data to identify and make improvements in process, efficiency, enablement, and productivity.
Track and communicate weekly goals to team and leadership to drive consistent performance week over week.
We will provide you with the necessary training in regards for you to succeed and achieve excellence
You will work closely with the VP to strengthen your skills in the full sales cycle since we want to give you best possible foundation for your career path internally
Your profile and background:
You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing - in both Danish and English 🇸🇪🇬🇧
Driven and motivated individual
Comfortable with speaking to senior stakeholders
Can-do attitude and a problem solver
B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Ambitions - lots of it - and strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset 🤩
