What kind of work is this?

Project Manager is a critical role in our Operations PMO team ensuring successful completion of a Topcon’s customer deployments. As a Project Manager, you will deliver complex projects to our international customers in healthcare.

At Topcon, Project Managers manage multiple projects simultaneously. Using our solution, customers can unify and improve their eye healthcare processes and even create new business. You understand the fundamentals of change management, and you know how to lead a project team located in different countries. You find it important to reach goals, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for the project team. When needed, you hold the customer's hand and create trusting relationships. You also have a key role working with our sales to help them create the best solutions for our future customers.

As a person, you are result-oriented and positive. You have a “Can do – will do” attitude and the ability to motivate and drive others in an unstructured environment.

What do you expect from me?

In this position we value: 

• Capability to prioritize and make decisions in a changing environment 

• Understanding of the healthcare sector

• Basic knowledge of integrations and data migration and/or managed services

• Understanding of cloud services and software architecture

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Requirements: 

• Proven track record of successfully managed projects in software and/or healthcare sectors

• Minimum +5 years of relevant work experience 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health technology) 

• You live in Finland and can work at our Helsinki office 

• Certificated knowledge (PRINCE2, PMP) in project management is seen as an advantage
