This is a 2 months internship which has the potential to lead to a part-time role or a full-time role.
The administrative assistant is an office support professional. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external parties and supporting our management team in their daily work.
We're looking for someone with a business education and a wide scope of competences (HR, Business Development, Management...). This is a junior position and so we do not require extended experience in those competences but proven capabilities to join a fast growing startup and cover the multiple tasks that our team is facing.
Managing a complex calendar of professional meetings and personal appointments for several individuals.
Proof reading and screening candidates for junior and operational roles.
Answering and transferring phone calls, appropriately forwarding messages and following up on inquiries
Handling incoming correspondence, including emails, memos, sometimes requiring a high level of discretion
Conducting industry-specific research, organising important files and drafting supporting documentation for presentations, conferences and meetings
Preparing and proofreading reports and other industry documents relevant to the company, organisation or specific group, sometimes involving data analysis
Tracking office inventory, including ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries and managing vendor contracts
