Claviate is a data and software company that monitors the installations of wind turbines world-wide using mobile cameras and artificial intelligence. We handle all aspects of the task from designing and producing the iot-hardware to transforming data into actionable insight for our customers, lowering the cost of renewable energy and accelerating the sustainable transition. As the wind turbine projects gets larger and more complex there is a growing demand for our services, and we are opening 4 new job positions to ensure that we can keep up with the demand.

The job

You will be in charge of all the mechanical systems in Claviate including precise stereo cameras and mobile towers. You will coordinate with both customers and other members of the R&D team. The job will include both improving the existing systems but also prototyping and developing completely new devices on our product roadmap. As a part of our service model a few travel days a year should be expected to ensure the systems are running.

Your competences

We are looking for systematic person that has a result-oriented approach to work.

You can take the leading role in solving a task both in the design phase as well as construction and validation phase. You basically find satisfaction in starting a project from a sketch to shipping it out to the customer.

From a technical perspective you are comfortable with mechanics/mechatronics and are used to document the work. You have a degree in areas like mechanical engineering or “Maskinmester”.

You have +3 years of working experience or experience from constructing private projects.

Experience within the following areas will be an advantage:

• 3D CAD modelling

• 3D printing

• Linux operating system (our devices run linux as the kernel)

• Writing and speaking in English
