We Clean Green is searching for our next intern with a possibility of future employment!

Background

We Clean Green is a Swedish tech startup with the objective to digitize home services like cleaning.

Our digital platform aims to become the next generation tech-based service platform that allows for dynamic solutions, seamless communication and flexibility. We are aiming to make our platform as reactive as possible as soon as a multitude of parameters change.

We Clean Green was started by a previous operated company with a similar business in NYC, US with more than 10 000 recurring customers. Our goal is now to execute and upscale this business in Sweden and then expand to more countries in Europe.

The role:

Right now we are looking for a full-stack developer (intern) with a possibility to be employed after the intern period.

The expectations we have on you as an intern is that you have a problem-solving mindset, have experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript and the intern is eager to learn new things and contribute to our journey forward. Curiosity is something we value extremely high and is much more important than previous experience on a resumé.

The intern will be given the opportunity to take responsibility for major parts of our mobile app and our back-office system, and you will also get a chance to work with our backend services.

All JavaScript projects on We Clean Green is written in TypeScript. Our mobile app is using React Native, and all our other frontends are using React.

An intern will work closely with our entire organization, have the ability to influence new features, come with input on our development processes, and also influence our business as a whole. We believe that all feedback is great, and we value initiators and We Clean Green has a high ceiling.

We believe that you will fit in this role if you want to learn or have some experience with the following technologies

• TypeScript / JavaScript with React or React Native (or Node for Backend)

• Material UI

• Storybook

• ExpressJS/TypeORM/Tsyringe

• REST API/GraphQL

• Swagger

• SQL/PostgreSQL

• Redis and other NoSQL databases / caches

• Microservices or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Kafka or other queues, message brokers or event systems

• AWS

• Terraform

• Ansible

As an intern, you will be mentored by experienced engineers from e.g. Spotify and Klarna.
