SSES is looking for a Marketing Manager, a fast-paced marketer who is passionate about designing and executing projects that communicate the future of entrepreneurship to our students, member universities, Sweden, and the world.
As Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
creating, maintaining and developing the SSES communications strategy, including owning social media, email marketing, print and other channels
conceptualising and designing brand identities for individual SSES activities
designing and executing print projects (posters, pamphlets, etc)
curating and shaping the tone of voice and message for each comms channel
managing and optimising CMS digital marketing platforms (email databases, social, etc.)
overseeing the growth and engagement of students in SSES activities
metrics-based project management
developing and curating brand awareness
overseeing departmental budget
overseeing team members
You:
have at least 6 years of combined experience in digital design and digital marketing, or equivalent
consider design to be the core element in your work
have in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
are highly knowledgeable in the usual social media suspects (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
are up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
know your acronyms (CPC, SEO, CPI, SEM, etc.) and how to use them
are growth-oriented. You like to measure engagement and set KPIs.
have proven digital design skills (Adobe Suite, etc). (Please send your creative portfolio as instructed below).
your capacity for creativity is not hindered by rigid timelines or narrow design briefs.
have a perfectly fluent grasp of the English language, our working language at SSES (Swedish is a merit).
are organised in your routines and project planning
are highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
have outstanding writing and communication skills
have an understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship
have an understanding of academia as an industry
have great interpersonal skills, and are great at building relations
are meticulous when it comes to the details, yet always keep the big picture in mind
welcome but do not wait for instruction
are curious, energetic, ambitious and social; you love learning new skills and information. Who doesn’t?

6 months probation period (provanställning)
You will report to the Head of Operations and will work alongside the Media Communicator
