As an Italian Freelance Recruiter, you will become part of an international team, who's commitment lays with our candidates. Your tasks consist of building relationships while identifying personal and professional strengths in your candidates to find their perfect professional match.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Recruitment process A-Z on the Italian Market

• Handholding/follow up with active and inactive candidates

• Create job posts in Italian for Own Channels

• Continuous sparring partner in Marketing related topics for the native market

  
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian + English B2

• A great communicator who likes to build and maintain relations with candidates

• You are ambitious & goal-oriented

• You are considerate & seek to enhance the candidates' experience

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer relations.

• Previous experience with CRM systems (A big +)
