We are looking for a marketing and communication guru who will be a partner/co-owner and growth hacker at Essuli.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for strategising, implementing and delivering communication and marketing campaigns on multiple channels that will increase awareness of our brand and lead to acquire and retain more customers.

This is an entrepreneurial role that requires going above and beyond to get the desirable results.

Main Responsibilities

• Being responsible for our marketing and communication activities from A to Z, including paid advertisement, social media, content creation and SEO etc.

• Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to increase awareness and drive traffic to digital channels.

• Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth.

• Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) in order to shape future marketing strategies.

• Coming up with new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.

• Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimisation, advertising etc.).

• Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels.

• Being responsible for developing, executing and delivering communication and PR strategies.

Key Requirements

This is an entrepreneurial role that requires going above and beyond to get the desirable results, our ideal partner has or is:

• Native Finnish speaker.

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

• Prior experience with a track record in a similar role (startup environment is desirable).

• Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas.

• A highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.

• Open minded, team-player, curious and a strong problem solver.

• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
