We are looking for a financial controller to support our fast-growing Business.
Do you want to be responsible for finance and accounting function of Cardlay with reference to the CFO? Your job scope includes both day-to-day hands-on accounting, controlling, and reporting tasks as well as further development of the finance function.
Key areas of responsibility
Financial and management reporting to management, board and other stakeholders
Secure high standards in accounting and finance operations
Cost controlling
Ad hoc analyzis
Drive continuous development of the finance function together with CFO
Administration and HR operational tasks
Contribute to Cardlay’s product development
Integral part of Cardlay’s Vattax product operations
Key tasks
Expense reporting, accounting and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Management and financial reporting
Presentations and analysis for the Board and other stakeholders
Monitor and manage cashflow
Secure cost control
Cooperation with banks and auditor, including audit planning
Maintain the financial model
Monthly and yearly closing
Annual audit and accounts
Salary
Automate invoicing and payment for Cardlay´s products
Contribute to Cardlay’s product design and tests
Continuously develop the finance function as Cardlay is growing
Day to day office administration
Criteria of Success
The finance function is well operated and dead-lines are met
High quality reporting to the management and the board
Build and ensure high degree of digital automation in accounting and finance processes
Qualified contributor to Cardlays product development
Ensure en efficient cost base through cost control, vendor management etc.
Critical experience
Proficient in accounting, VAT reporting, closing of accounts, tax and consolidation
Experience with reporting to the management level
Business orientated calculations
Preferably proficient in Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV
Skills
In addition to Danish, you have excellent English language skills both orally and in writing
Excel user on an strong level
You are reliable, analytic and have a well-developed commercial and business sense and understanding
You have an open and communicating personality, are able to work on your own and at the same time enjoy a dynamic environment with multiple relations, contacts and stakeholders
Education
HD(R) or similar level
