We are hiring an customer success employee for our growing E-commerce business.
Do you like to help people in desperate need of craft beer? Do you like to cater and please a strong community of quality minded craft beer lovers?
The Mikkeller webshop is a fast growing D2C webshop with one of the most developed assortments within beers and fine wines in the world. We ship to most of Europe and are expanding with a webshop branch locally in the UK soon.
Your tasks would include (but not be limited to)
Handling customer inquiries
Building strong FAQ's and SOP's for future use
Ad hoc webshop tasks
Creating products in our commerce system
Data alignment
Purchase orders and inbounding
We don't require previous experience but you must have following qualifications
Speak and write Danish and English on high level
Be structured, organized and logical thinking
Find joy in helping people
Experience in e-commerce (we use Shopify with Gorgias) is a big plus
A little bit of knowledge within craft beer is a plus, but not a must
Intermediate Danish is a big plus. At least Abilify to read and understand danish
