We have exciting times ahead. While growing and expanding our markets globally, we are scaling up and looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Support Team as a Danish-speaking Customer Support Consultant in part-time.
In this role, you will be working with a team of currently eight part-time and eight full-time colleagues in our Copenhagen headquarters and will support our existing customers with their questions about Planday.
You will be responsible for:
Communicating with our customers via telephone, online chat and email
Answering questions about how to use Planday and providing best practices for scheduling and administration
Testing and troubleshooting issues before passing them on to a second line of technical support
Forming the link between our customers and the product/engineering team behind our platform
Finding the best solutions for your customers and for your team, wherever your initiative takes you

You speak and write Danish and English fluently
You are available to work a minimum of 16 hours a week, across different day, evening and weekend shifts
You have experience working with IT systems or are curious and a quick learner
You love helping people and setting a positive tone of communication

You want to develop your customer service and technical skills within an innovative and international company

As a Customer Support Consultant at Planday, you will help customers around the world to keep their Planday accounts running and a best fit for their needs. As this is a part-time position, the role will provide you with a lot of flexibility regarding the planning of your shifts. The role of a Support Consultant evolves along with our company growth, and provides each team member the opportunity to shape their own role and the definition of customer 'success' as we go.
Additionally, you will be working from our beautiful Copenhagen headquarters. Our offices are not just workplaces (although they are pretty nice and well-located, we have to say!).
