Pie is a digital first tax free refund provider that started in Copenhagen in 2019. Today, we have presence across the world with operations in Europe and Asia. We have a range of products, from tourist facing iOS and Android apps to merchant and admin facing web apps.

About the Eng. & Product Team

We are a remote-first distributed Product & Engineering team. You will be working within this group and closely with Product & Engineering. Each team member is given a large amount of leeway and responsibility but operate in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

As a core team member you will be contributing to product and design direction. Your valuable input and drive will shape many new user experiences for both store partner and tourist facing products. You will lead design and UI/UX and work closely with our engineers, product manager, and the founders of the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years design (UI/UX) experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Deep understanding of technology and design

• Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget

• Flexible and focused on solutions

• Organized and self-sufficient

• Familiar with A/B Testing

• Strong product sense

Bonus (Good to have)

• Interest and experience in tourism / retail / fintech / payments

• Experience in mobile advertising / marketing

• Experience in working in a cross-functional role
