We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team in Helsinki or Warsaw on our mission to make buying and selling homes fast, simple and safe.

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

• Establishing and improving the company’s IT strategy and processes (device management, provider benchmarking, making decisions on the IT solutions in use, etc.).

• Supporting a global team of around 200 employees with IT issues, creating documentation and training materials.

• Keeping track of company equipment and software licenses.

• Developing and implementing internal IT practices and processes.

• Supporting HR, Admin, and Tech with on- and off-boarding.

You are our perfect match if…

• You have around 5 years of experience and at least 2 in a similar role (IT Manager, System Administrator).

• You have experience managing Windows and Mac laptops

• You have knowledge of mail configuration.

• You have some knowledge of security aspects and GDPR.

• You’re fluent in English.

• You speak fluent Finnish or Polish (based on location).

We would love it if you also...

• Have some Python skills to automate tasks.

• Have experience with Google Workplace or Microsoft 365.
