About the role

As Head of Sales you’ll be responsible for scaling our sales team and help further propel Passbuy’s growth. 

What you’ll do

• Recruit and develop stellar talent

• Identify market opportunities and develop pipeline effectively

• Consistently coach and support your team and together hit monthly quota

• Help shape sales & expansion strategy

• Report and work closely with CEO

• Create timely and accurate forecasts through a prospecting tool and CRM

  
  

Who you are

• Several years experience from first hand sales and leading sales teams

• Seen what great looks like

• Hands-on approach, coach sales staff effectively and lead by example

• Recruiting skills and a capacity to quickly assemble a team

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English
