About the role
As Head of Sales you’ll be responsible for scaling our sales team and help further propel Passbuy’s growth.
What you’ll do
Recruit and develop stellar talent
Identify market opportunities and develop pipeline effectively
Consistently coach and support your team and together hit monthly quota
Help shape sales & expansion strategy
Report and work closely with CEO
Create timely and accurate forecasts through a prospecting tool and CRM
Who you are
Several years experience from first hand sales and leading sales teams
Seen what great looks like
Hands-on approach, coach sales staff effectively and lead by example
Recruiting skills and a capacity to quickly assemble a team
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
