At Radiobotics we are developing innovative software products aimed at radiology, orthopedic, and emergency departments at hospitals globally. With market clearances in the EU and the US, and a range of new products in the coming, we're looking for a talented profile to help with the implementation and user adoption of our artificial intelligence-based software solutions.
As a Customer Success Specialist working at Radiobotics, you will be the closest contact to the users of our products. You will also be owning the entire process around planning and delivery of new user onboarding ensuring that they are confident in using our products - this means coordinating with hospital IT on installation, defining and executing on onboarding plans, and developing training materials for new products.
You will work in our commercial department and refer directly to our CEO, but will also work closely with our clinical and R&D team. It is expected that you have a good clinical understanding and that you have an interest in conveying your knowledge to the new users of our products.
You will ideally be working out of our great office conveniently located near Østerport station, in the charming older part of Copenhagen. Working from home (or somewhere else) some days a week is definitely also a possibility.
Main duties will include (but are not limited to)
Driving planning and implementation of our products at customer sites
Supporting users, particularly during the implementation phase
Collaborating to solve technical support issues that may arise
Travel to customer sites e.g. to perform training or optimize implementation, mainly in Europe
Developing user training programs
Maintaining and updating our knowledge base on customer interactions
Conducting application training
Supporting the commercial team onboarding new and supporting existing customers
Spotting potentials for upselling our products to existing customers
Collect and digest user needs and user feedback from customer input and perspectives and convey these back to the other departments
Qualifications for the ideal candidate
Background from working in a clinical environment e.g. as radiographer/radiology technician.
Have at least 3-4 years experience from similar commercial or customer success positions
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Experience in planning and executing customer-facing projects
Experience with implementation of new technologies in a hospital setting
B.Sc., or M.Sc. in related field e.g. radiology technician, medicine or engineering
Good communication skills verbally and written
Comfortable communicating in both English and Danish or other Scandinavian languages.
Experience working with hospital IT (e.g. PACS and DICOM) is a plus
