Your role
We have been growing steadily since our launch in 2020, and are now looking for Recruiting talent in the spheres of People & Culture, HR, and recruitment, who can help spread the word about Pleaz to the right individuals, and decide on the perfect candidates for the continued growth of the organization.
In the newly established position as Recruiter, you will be responsible for building, planning, and executing all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process. You will be working closely together with the Founders and Management team in securing the perfect fit for the role and will oversee the process from end to end with inputs from the relevant leaders.
You will be the first person in the coming People & Culture department, but your main focus will initially be on finding and recruiting top talent, as we see quite a few hires happening in the next months.
We see the position as a Part-time role initially but can easily see this moving into a full-time position within People & Culture.
What you will be doing
As our Recruiter, you can expect responsibilities regarding the entire recruitment process, and securing a smooth onboarding of our new colleagues. In this process, you will help make sure that we have the best talent who fits our culture, through tasks including:
analyze and outline needs and requirements of new roles;
plan, write, and upload any recruitment materials;
oversee and execute the interviewing and testing process;
handle all ad hoc tasks and practicalities regarding the recruitment process;
optimize the onboarding process and make sure new employees get a great start;
get the chance to test yourself and get responsibilities beyond your title and experience.
We are looking for someone who
loves understanding and helping people to excel;
has experience that enables you to completely own the screening & interviewing process
is structured and can take ownership of the recruitment process;
enjoys working under new and changing processes;
is fluent in English (spoken and written);
