FAFPI is an association and a collective action with a clear mission. Through a cross-sectorial, action-oriented effort, we work to fight facilitation payments on a global scale. Our mission is to gather data, gain knowledge and increase awareness by bringing together key stakeholders in collective action.

Our vision is to be the flagship initiative that contributes to a world without facilitation payments – where organisations, society and individuals no longer bear the cost of this corrupt practice. So we are looking for an assistant with great skills that can help us get our message across to our current and potential members, stakeholders and the world!

This is a challenging and rewarding part-time student job. It will offer you a unique chance to put your creative, communicative skills into action while getting an intimate understanding of some of the challenges organisations face in their daily operations. Working with some of the best experts in this field, you will create messages that inform and engage, and you will have plenty of space and autonomy.

About the job:

• You will develop and layout clear and engaging messages to our target audiences.

• You will create texts, graphics and communication plans – supporting our solutions and marketing plans.

• You will enhance and update our website, as well as our SoMe presence.

• You will play a central role in our yearly meeting and event plan, ensuring that all practical tasks are addressed.

• You will support and be supported by the founders and members and participate in related projects, e.g., social media strategy and implementation.

• You will be doing ad hoc tasks and projects.

About you:

• You are studying for a Bachelor or Master’s degree - preferably in Communication, Marketing, Political Science or a related field.

• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.

• You are good at layout, graphics and visual identity, or you know how to get it done.

• You are a flexible, quick learner.

• You have a clear ethical mindset, are a person of integrity, and are disciplined towards achieving your goals.

• You can work between eight to 16 hours a week. FAFPI offer a flexible work environment that fits with your study schedule.

Timbed is hosting the secretariat of FAFPI, so the Ethics and Compliance Assistant will formally be employed by Timbed.
