About the role

To continue our growth, we need more talented people to join our team and be a part of our journey. We are in the process of expanding our Community team at Campanyon, and are looking for a proactive and outgoing Community Manager intern to help support the team in building the best community, and establish relationships with community members to maintain a pulse of their community interest, increase engagement and cultivate relationships. You will introduce community members to Campanyon, run and organize different engagement activities, moderate the discussions, reply to questions and be the voice of Campanyon. You will work closely with our product team to make sure we capture all the feedback from our community and structure this so we can use it directly in improving our product, content, and overall experience.
You are
A Native English speaker
Preferably based in Oslo, Norway, or Copenhagen, Denmark but not a requirement. You are able to work remotely.

Any previous community management experience is a plus
Your tasks
Be the voice of Campanyon to our community and nurture the relationship with users by engaging directly with them in the community - own the relationship with our community
Reply to hosts and guests on all social channels, and be the moderator in the conversations.
Run different engagement efforts (polls, competitions etc.) to make sure we the community feel listened to, and to crowdsource ideas on how to improve product, content and overall experience.
Help identify rewards and incentive programs to encourage healthy behaviors of community members.
Conduct analysis of community members' engagement trends and provide deeper insights on outcomes.
Work closely with the product team to capture all the necessary feedback from the community to improve our product, content, and overall experience for both hosts and campers.
Ad hoc tasks related to sales and marketing, such as but not limited to, translations and copy writing.
