Beleco lets you subscribe to furniture for your workspace fully flexible per month from more than 50 well-known suppliers. The suppliers own the products, Beleco rents them out and then we share the profit. The concept brings together high-quality design with simplicity and high availability letting users access items in both shorter and longer time. By maximizing the value of furniture throughout its life cycle, we will transform the furniture industry and develop a more sustainable society.

In 2016, Marie got the idea of renting out furniture. Sebastian brought his friend Pontus along and the three of them founded Beleco. The vision was to fundamentally transform the way you got and used products.
At the beginning of 2018, Beleco was launched. During 2020 we saw a crazy growth in the number of subscribers and we grew our monthly recurring revenue by an average of 29% per month. Hundreds of well-known companies like Aecom, SEB, Budbee, Filippa K, Pleo, Investor, and Uniqlo all use Beleco.

The role
Beleco is now looking for a sales-oriented Customer Success Manager with a passion for interior design. The role includes customer support, inbound sales, and growth in systems such as Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, and Intercom. You will work with creating furniture solutions for stylish, sustainable, and creative work environments for offices for fast-growing companies. We believe that you want to help us create a new retail experience that is good for both our customers and the planet. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to, helping customers who call or chat with Beleco, discussing growth possibilities with colleagues, and what we would focus on to reach Belecos goals, but a big part lies in creating offers to clients who want to furnish their office, event space, or offer home offices.
We are a fast-growing team of 18 people working closely together to reach our goal of being the leading global player in on-demand services for products. We are looking for someone with the same mindset, who wants to create something new and world-changing.

Tasks will include
Customer support through chat, email, and phone using Intercom
Meetings with existing as well as new in-bound customers
Create offers to clients that consist of furniture solutions
Having contact with retailers regarding assortment for projects
Working in Hubspot CRM to handle the customer life cycle
Working in ActiveCampaing with the customer journey and email automation
Who are you?
We believe that you need to enjoy working in a high-paced environment, keeping several tasks in the loop simultaneously. It's important that you can prioritize your tasks and also be flexible when the daily schedule changes. At Beleco, we work both from the office and remote, so you need to be able to work well in teams both offline and online using tools such as Google Meet, Slack, and Trello as well as working by yourself. We believe that you have a passion for creating furniture solutions within interior design as well as inbound sales towards these customers and enjoy helping our customers, big and small, with any problem they might have.
Requirements
Talk and write fluently in Swedish and English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some kind of background within furniture/interior design/sales, or similar
We would love it if you meet these qualifications
Experience in customer success
Detail-oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Background within interior sales or sales
