We are looking for a full-time Head of Business Development - Channel Partners to work closely with the biggest players in the music and entertainment industry.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Commercial Executive with a specific focus on publisher network and media partnerships within the music markets.
About the Role You will become part of a Partnerships Organization dedicated to building complex & long-term client relationships/portfolios within the music industry. In collaboration with the Chief Business Development Officer you’ll get to lead the execution of the partnerships strategy in the space of large enterprise clients, specifically within social media and mobile apps.
As the first employee in this area, you will build, develop and shape how Linkfire handles enterprise-level clients. Overall, this role will prospect and engage with new channel partners, validate how our solution will solve their problems, develop proposals, and manage the contract process, and finally hand off new clients to our Partner Success team.
Your experience with software partnerships, along with your ability/drive to impact our partnerships processes will make you successful in this role.
This person can be located either in the US or in Denmark.
What You'll Do
Build, maintain and grow a global partnerships pipeline, focus on social media sites and mobile apps.
Become an expert on all Linkfire products so you can clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Work closely with the CBDO to drive initiatives and market learnings
Keep up to date with the latest trends in the entertainment industry
About You
5+ years experience from a similar role (e.g. lead partnerships or business development role)
You love all things music. You have a basic understanding of the music market and its complexity
A track record of complex integration partnerships
Good degree of comfort with ambiguity and the ability to analyze and improve processes
A good portion of tech-savviness to how the digital advertising and market places work
You are a team player who values collaboration
Willingness to go the extra mile to give our partners the best service experience possible
