Are you passionate about people, networking, and eager to apply your digital marketing, and project management skills? Do you want to be in charge of a dedicated team and contribute hands-on with your ideas and skills? 

Would you like to inspire and inform consumers about making more sustainable decisions? 

Are you able to work 8-15h pr. week for at least 6 months? 

We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Marketing Team (currently 3 volunteers).

Key Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be leading and supervising our Digital Marketing Team on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, you will report, and arrange overall strategy and main tasks in close cooperation with our Head of Digital Marketing.

You will have the following key responsibilities, amongst others:

• Set up our digital marketing strategy.

• Supervising your team.

• Creating, allocating, and managing tasks.

• Planning digital marketing activities and resources.

• Providing hands-on support to team members and ensuring targeted results

• Supporting our Social Media Team and communicating with other TCC Teams.

• Managing reports and necessary documentation.

• Ensuring a smooth workflow in various ad hoc tasks and projects.

• You have a strong interest in sustainability and a desire to be a change-maker.

• You are a team player, but you can also work independently. As we work remotely, you must be motivated to work autonomously and always ask for guidelines and explanations when needed. We are here to support and inspire each other!

• You have good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Project Management, or Administration. 

• You are curious, eager for knowledge, and ready to take the team to a higher level.

• You are a people person and have strong communication and organizing skills.

• You are driven and results-orientated.

• You lead by example with a positive approach.

We are an organization of highly motivated professionals from a number of different fields who aim to provide workable options, consumption alternatives, and solutions for consumers.
