DinnerBooking is a Danish-owned IT-based company that provides a market-leading online booking system for restaurants. Today we manage bookings for over 1400 restaurants and have 20 mio. yearly guests in Europe, and we are growing rapidly. 

Therefore, we are on a mission to create a restaurant universe for the guests'. A platform where they can seek inspiration and guides for their next restaurant visit and read about what is happening in the industry.

Your role

As our new Content Writer, you will have a unique opportunity to run our B2C content strategy in Finland and help us with creating content for various channels addressing hungry guests.

Our main office is in Copenhagen, but in this case we are looking for a new colleague for our office in Helsinki.

The office is located at the attractive address Eteläesplanadi in the city center, where we already have one colleague in Sales.

Responsibilities

• Writing engaging stories for different platforms – especially social media, email campaigns, and blogposts.

• Setting the 'tone of voice' and make sure that the content can be converted into measurable results.

• Running our restaurant festival DinnerDays in Finland.

• Collaborating with our Sales and Relations team, so leads are converted into inspiring restaurant stories.

• Being able to gather quotes from the restaurateurs and find / choose the right stories that can create engagement / conversions.

You

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience.  

• Speak fluent Finnish and have creative, impeccable writing skills.

• Are self-driven and sees self-management as a matter of course.

• Thrive on sitting in a smaller team.

• Possess English skills at a professional level in writing and speaking.

• Have a creative and aesthetic eye for content and know what performs well on the different channels - and you love to test out new ideas.

• Have flair for SoMe and FB Business / Ads Manager.

• Are able to think CTA into your content and improving the quality of texts (SEO).

• Have an eye for structure and is a finisher.

• It's also a big plus if you have experience or insight from the restaurant industry, but it's not a requirement.

Our team

Currently, DinnerBooking consists of nearly 40 employees spread across Europe. As our new Finnish Content Writer, you will become a part of our Marketing team, which currently consists of dedicated employees from Denmark, Norway, Poland, and Estonia. 

You will refer to the Marketing team in Denmark, which will consist of regular online meetings.

Besides, you will work closely with our Finnish collegaue in Sales.
