As Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in establishing customer relations and building our delivery organization. Your experience and business understanding make you a trusted advisor at management level – both internally and externally. 

Your primary responsibilities:

• Take the overall responsibility for onboarding new customers on Mover's systems including structuring our implementation processes, methods, and templates

• Establish Mover's ongoing engagement with our software customers and ensure full compliance with service level agreements (SLA)

• Be the customers' primary contact at management level and continuously developing the relationship

• Conduct status meetings with customers, including SLA-reporting

• Prioritize deliveries in close cooperation with customers and our service center

• Participate in sales and tender processes.

• You have solid experience running IT-projects and deliveries as well as prioritizing backlog

• You can create exceptional customer experiences and handle customer relationships, negotiation and development of collaboration

• You are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are a team player who sees the bigger picture, can finish tasks, and create results. You are confident, persistent, have a well-developed sense of humour and do your utmost to contribute to the culture of the office

• It will be a clear advantage if you have experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions

• As our customers come from all over the world, you can communicate clearly in English
