And we are looking to recruit you, an experienced professional marketer, for the global, English-speaking markets, to become our new Lead Marketing Manager.

WE are live at the .com and .eu level, ready to kickoff and rollout to international markets!

YOUR focus and tasks will be to run our overall marketing, assisted by internal and external resources and co-Lead managers.

WE have no focus on your age, gender, or where you are located. YOU will play a vital role to manage and develop Ezensual´s global consumer and partner marketing, as well as taking part, in general, our business objectives and goals, being an aggressive growth in the next 5 years.

• Establish, lead & grow the Ezensual marketing department

• Establish and grow a target market share

• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies

• Set budgets and monitor costs

• Incorporate marketing efforts into company workflows.

• Develop, implement and optimize marketing plans, promotional and PR programs and calendars, new brand and product introductions, and other relevant marketing projects

• Create reports and monitor all relevant KPIs to identify areas of opportunity & growth

• Oversee and coordinate the operation of websites concerning marketing activities

• Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans in cooperation with Product management

• Partner with Product Management to merchandise websites

• Liaise with supply partners to expand and capitalize on product catalog

• Attend trade shows and cultivate business contacts

• Monitor and utilize competitive & industry research
