What you will bring to the table:
In your role as Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for our clients and projects. You will own their value creation and also work to develop the accounts to grow. You will build a true relationship with the clients from signing, to onboarding, to growing the account and making sure they’re happy.
Support our clients' onboarding process, understanding their business, pain points and potential and leading them towards a successful start with our solution
Guide them to growth by monitoring KPIs, giving continuous input and thereby growing the business.
Gather client product feedback and translate it into user stories and actionable insights for the product & design team
Develop great ideas and impressive use cases and share them with your colleagues and our network of clients
Support in connecting Soultech to new leads and contacts through your existing network.
Experience in any type of sales is required for us, it is a big part of our work right now. Experience in B2B software sales would be very helpful.
Some type of background and knowledge about our type of working methods and product.
An approach full of motivation and excitement to reach goals and build a unicorn.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed.
Very good oral and written expression in English and Swedish, other languages are helpful but not required.
Saas platform experience (e.g Hubspot, Zendesk, Sinch, Shopify is a plus and will make you understand our place in the ecosystem better.
You've most likely worked within E-commerce or retail and have a broad network within this industry and have probably been a crucial part of a previous growth success story.
