About the job

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team. Worksome offers an exciting opportunity to give the right candidate the platform to grow and challenge themselves in a dynamic environment. Working closely with our team of accountants and our Head of Finance you will have a daily impact on taking our financial accounting to the next level.  We are looking for a combination of stellar skills and a humble, yet super ambitious attitude to help us capture the global freelance work market... Key responsibilities  

You will be supporting us in our financial accounting across Denmark, UK, NO and the US, securing fast, accurate and reliable accounting and reporting processes across the group. Key areas of responsibility will include: 

• Invoicing

• Accounts Receivables management 

• Ongoing optimisation and automation of bookkeeping and accounting processes

• Assistance with month-end and year-end procedures 

• Ad-hoc financial analysis

• Other weekly and monthly finance tasks

About you

• Relevant educational background. Preferably studying a bachelor or a masters degree in accounting /  economics

• Proficiency in English and Danish, written and spoken

• Structured and detail oriented

• Self-driven and wanting to take ownership

• Out for an adventure
