We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead with a demonstrated track record of successfully scaling paid media campaigns to own our paid channels and drive best in class performance marketing campaigns. Reporting to our Director of Growth, you will be take on a high degree of responsibility to own Facebook, Google, Youtube, TikTok, and LinkedIn ads. You will be be working alongside the rest of the growth team, comprised just short of 20 teammates based between Copenhagen and the US. The ideal candidate will be someone who has multiple years of experience, is a quick and dexterous thinker, and balances data with creativity. We're headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, and have an office in Athens, Greece and San Francisco in the US. The position can be remote (preferably Eastern time zone if in US), but please expect trips to Copenhagen. If working remotely, you should be comfortable with semi-frequent trips to Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of all performance marketing campaigns, including overall strategy and design, day-to-day management, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimisation.
You will work on strategic initiatives, but also leverage your experience to engage in day-to-day activities, making key decisions on website design, content marketing, PPC, and email marketing.
You'll continuously optimise and lead experiments to improve end-to-end performance of paid marketing, covering PPC, landing pages, sales experiments and more.
Collaborate with design teams to drive best-in-class creatives for paid campaigns, as well as ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
You'll be a team-lead for all things performance marketing, including hiring and managing specialists where needed.
What you should have:
Track record of success in performance marketing in paid (Facebook and Google primarily), ideally within a D2C or SaaS environment.
Expert knowledge and speciality in managing paid media channels and best practices, where you excel working with data but also have a keen eye on the creative side of performance marketing.
Experience working with creative teams to drive creative best practices in both video and image ads.

An interest in creative industries such as gaming, online culture, animation, design, or immersive tech.
You possess strong marketing skills such as copywriting (English), branding, marketing automation, tracking, and reporting.
