Join our organisation part-time 15-20 hours per week as Office Manager Hero. 


Accountable to: Business Development Manager

Description: As Office Manager, you will be responsible for general office management and assisting with ad-hoc tasks in support of the HR function and commercial team.

The ideal candidate will most likely come from a position with experience working day to day management of the office.


Responsibilities:

Duties involve:

  • Screening applicants for job positions and passing on qualified contacts to responsible hiring manager

  • Assisting with sending out of contracts and liaison with successful applicants

  • Liaising with employment agencies/conducting in-house reach out for recruitment of personnel

  • Ensuring that adequate stocks of essential office supplies and kitchen items are on hand

  • Defining and implementing office policies and procedures

  • Assisting the installation team with preparation of hardware

  • Ad-hoc tasks to support the commercial team

  • Self-motivated

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance

  • Ability to communicate clear and concisely (both written and verbal)

  • Willingness to take on a range of tasks

  • Incredible organization skills

  • Openness, honesty and transparency

  • Have a high standard of personal integrity


Requirements:

  • The successful applicant will preferably have two years’ experience in a similar role. 

  • PC literacy in Microsoft Office products

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Maintain adherence to professional style with consistent focus on achieving goals

  • The ability to work with little supervision and in a dynamic environment

  • Fluent in English, Danish is a plus but not a requirement
