Join our organisation part-time 15-20 hours per week as Office Manager Hero.
Accountable to: Business Development Manager
Description: As Office Manager, you will be responsible for general office management and assisting with ad-hoc tasks in support of the HR function and commercial team.
The ideal candidate will most likely come from a position with experience working day to day management of the office.
Screening applicants for job positions and passing on qualified contacts to responsible hiring manager
Assisting with sending out of contracts and liaison with successful applicants
Liaising with employment agencies/conducting in-house reach out for recruitment of personnel
Ensuring that adequate stocks of essential office supplies and kitchen items are on hand
Defining and implementing office policies and procedures
Assisting the installation team with preparation of hardware
Ad-hoc tasks to support the commercial team
Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance
Ability to communicate clear and concisely (both written and verbal)
Willingness to take on a range of tasks
Incredible organization skills
Openness, honesty and transparency
Have a high standard of personal integrity
The successful applicant will preferably have two years’ experience in a similar role.
PC literacy in Microsoft Office products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain adherence to professional style with consistent focus on achieving goals
The ability to work with little supervision and in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English, Danish is a plus but not a requirement
